Pupils in Years 6 & 7 can apply to be in the Pupil Voice Team. The research shows that pupils talking to pupils gives more honest answers. We want pupils to have a meaningful voice in ESPS. The school Pupil Voice Team are therefore trained to ask the pupils in Years 4 - 7 questions each year about all aspects of their school life from learning to playground equipment. They are also taught how to record information. Once collected, the PV Team are then also trained to analyze the data collected and report their analysis to the Senior Leadership team and the Board of Governors. They link in with the School Council and other pupil leadership groups.
