Year 6 have enjoyed Wellbeing workshops with Julie.
We learned about our emotions being like a house with 3 floors. Our green floor is when we are the most ready to learn in school and able to deal with situations. Julie helped us think about how our emotions make us feel, both in our mind and body. We are learning how to use the strategies ‘Take a Beat’ to get ourselves back to the green floor.
