Eco have been working hard in their spring garden; planting, watering and weeding. As it is now come to spring they are seeing the consequences of their hard work and have enjoyed making some wonderful rhubarb jam.
Cookery club very kindly let them borrow their ovens and cooking equipment so that a garden picnic could be enoyed with some yummy pancakes and school made jam.
