We got to learn all about Chinese New Year! We found out that each year is named after one of twelve animals. This year is the Year of the Dragon. Miss McCullough’s class made a dragon with Mrs Allen. We all made dragon masks using traditional colours and even made some lanterns. We went on a walk around school with the dragon, our masks and lanterns to dragon dance music.
