Brennans Bread - Dough it Yourself! The Great Bread Challenge.

Yesterday, our ESPS Cookery Club took to the stage, to cook live as part of the Brennans Bread Great Bread Challenge. Together, our pupils had to create a recipe to reduce food waste and promote food sustainability. We had such fun at W5 and enjoyed participating alongside the other schools - we even brought home a trophy and £500 😃
