A big thanks to The Belfast Giants for their visit this afternoon. Geoff and Jonathan were able to give us a real life insight into the importance of health and fitness at a young age and how the choices that we make today have such a massive impact on our futures. We look forward to seeing the team again soon and wish the Giants all the best in the closing weeks of the season as they race for the title!
