Year 5 have been investigating Stone Age cave art. Well known cave paintings have been found in Spain, Russia, France, Bulgaria, England, Romania and Norway. The most common subjects in cave paintings are large wild animals, tracing human hands, hunting scenes and symbols. We recreated Stone Age cave drawings using charcoal.
