Much research has been done into the overall value of reading to improving pupil standards of work and attainment!
In ESPS we are working harder and harder to develop the reading skills of our pupils so that they can achieve their very best in all learning areas in school.
We need your help!
Please try and read a little every evening with your child. Encourage them to read independently and speak positively about reading and books.
More information will be available on our website over time and at information sessions in school.
